Here is the deal when I forecasted 78 Inches I took into account the QPF that was at hand at the time............. Bottom line is this. At 14.7 Inches of water the MINIMUM snow we will get is 11ft But there is the catch.......14.7 inches is confusing the hell out of the computer models and the forecasters. Unheard of for me, so I dont see 14.7 Inches so my forecast of 78 Inches is still pretty good, but IF and I mean IF that 14.7 inches is right we will have a monster on our hands and no power for days...... many days. And to think I have to drive home from vegas Friday at NOON . Never less please be safe and if you do see someone on the side of the road...lend a hand, also please take care of the elderly and disabled and or handicapped.
