Interesting change in events....... Could winter be essentially over?

Not only has everything backed off amazingly, even the fantasy charts are backing off of everything, ....we went from looking good to looking for anything as a very serious high pressure ridge is trying to build over northern california. Although I still see some precipitation 'for next week its gonna take a miracle to get it to amount to much......This type of change is coming way to early so I wouldnt sweat it yet, but next week could be a swing either way....
